Limited Contact Drop-Off/Pick Up Services

This service is for taxpayers unable to take advantage of virtual options. We will offer this service through September 30th. With this service, you will receive an appointment to come in for your intake interview and to bring your documents to be copied or scanned. The tax return will be prepared and reviewed at a later time by volunteers working remotely. The volunteers will contact you if they need additional information to complete your tax return. When the return is completed, you will be contacted to set an appointment to come back and pick up your completed tax return, usually within 7 days.

Currently we are working through our waiting list and making appointments at locations in Alexandria and Falls Church in Virginia and at two locations in DC: Congress Heights/Anacostia and Benning Road & Minnisota Ave NE.
